Winner selection

Winner Selection: This is not a random drawing. The potential winner is the eligible entry receiving the most Contest Votes during the voting period, subject to the Official Rules. Ties: If two or more entries receive the same number of Contest votes, the entry submitted to the Contest earliest ranks higher.

Contest votes

A Contest Vote is a separate action from a LoreCards Like. Ordinary Likes do not cast Contest Votes.

Voting for entries

You may vote once for each entry you support. You may vote for more than one entry. Votes are final once cast.

Entries per person

Each participant may have only one accepted entry per Contest.

Claim period

A potential winner must initiate a valid prize claim within 14 days after claim instructions are available, unless Contest-Specific Rules state otherwise.

Contest-Specific Rules

Your content

• You retain ownership of submitted content. Entering does not transfer ownership of your artwork to LoreCards.
• By entering, you grant LoreCards LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and communicate the entry to operate, administer, display, and archive the Contest; display entries, results, and winners; announce and promote the Contest and its results; promote future LoreCards Contests; and advertise and promote LoreCards through LoreCards-operated websites, applications, social-media accounts, emails, videos, promotional materials, and advertisements.
• That license includes permission to make reasonable technical and presentational modifications, including resizing, cropping, formatting, compression, thumbnails, LoreCards or Contest branding, and incorporating the entry into compilations, montages, or promotional materials.
• LoreCards will make reasonable efforts to attribute Contest entries to the entrant’s LoreCards username or other credited creator identity where reasonably practicable, and will not intentionally materially misrepresent an entrant’s work.
• Participation alone does not grant LoreCards the right to sell ownership of an entrant’s artwork, sell standalone merchandise or reproductions primarily featuring that artwork, or license the artwork to unrelated third parties for unrelated commercial purposes. Uses beyond this license require separate permission.
