A Moment You’ll Never Forget

Your content

• You retain ownership of submitted content. Entering does not transfer ownership of your artwork to LoreCards.
• By entering, you grant LoreCards LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and communicate the entry to operate, administer, display, and archive the Contest; display entries, results, and winners; announce and promote the Contest and its results; promote future LoreCards Contests; and advertise and promote LoreCards through LoreCards-operated websites, applications, social-media accounts, emails, videos, promotional materials, and advertisements.
• That license includes permission to make reasonable technical and presentational modifications, including resizing, cropping, formatting, compression, thumbnails, LoreCards or Contest branding, and incorporating the entry into compilations, montages, or promotional materials.
• LoreCards will make reasonable efforts to attribute Contest entries to the entrant’s LoreCards username or other credited creator identity where reasonably practicable, and will not intentionally materially misrepresent an entrant’s work.
• Participation alone does not grant LoreCards the right to sell ownership of an entrant’s artwork, sell standalone merchandise or reproductions primarily featuring that artwork, or license the artwork to unrelated third parties for unrelated commercial purposes. Uses beyond this license require separate permission.
